We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cuddle Bloom purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at cuddle.blooms@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
