Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at cuddle.blooms@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

2. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may however initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return / Refund Policy.

3. Custom Orders

Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.

4. Refunds on Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
